Introduction
Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana is an ambitious National mission for financial inclusion to ensure access to Financial Services like Bank savings and deposit accounts, need best credit, remittance facility, insurance and pension to weaker sections and low income group. This mission was launched by our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi with slogan Mera Khata Bhagya Vidhata on 28 August 2014




Ministry and monitoring committee
Three levels monitoring committee that is central, state and district level has been set up under the guidance of Finance ministry and grievance redressal in respective States for the query regarding this mission.





Body part with advantages
Various benefits such as no minimum balance required to open account, interest on deposit, accidental Insurance of 100000, life cover of rupees 30000, overdraft facility up to 50000 and easy transfer of money through mobile phone across India.
As a result on the inauguration day the PM said on this occasion let us celebrate today as the day of financial freedom. The unique features of this scheme is that it works in both rural and urban areas and also helps in decreasing corruption in government subsidy scheme. Till now 31.60 crore beneficiary Bank so far and rupees 8120 3.59 crore balanced in beneficiary account.




Challenges
Major challenges faced by this scheme our Telecom connectivity, keeping the accounts “live”, extra pressure on banking systems and less awareness among the people.




Challenges
For the effective implementation of Jan Dhan Yojana public sector banks and Indian Post Bank can be placed into action as well as more centres of financial literacy may be established to bring excluded people under financial inclusion.

GST

                 Good and services tax

Introduction
Goods and services tax GST is a comprehensive, multistage destination based,indirect tax that is levied on every value addition. Objective of GST is to subsume most indirect taxes like value added tax (VAT), service tax, excise duty, custom duty, entertainment tax etc and establish a concept of one Nation one tax. President Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Narendra Modi launches this tax plan on July 1st 2017 which came into effect through implementation of 101 Amendment Act of constitution of India.


Governing body of GST
GST Council having 33 members is the governing body of GST which is chaired by union Finance Minister.



How it is implemented
GST is levied at every step in the production process but is refunded to all parties in the chain of production other than final consumer.



Advantages
Some major advantages of GST is reducing the complication in tax administration, removal of cascading of taxes levied by central and state governments, improve competitiveness for the trade, cost of doing business will be low, relief in overall tax burden for consumers and help to build a transparent corruption free tax administration.



Disadvantages
Along with positive aspects some negative aspects of GST are such as increase in service tax from 15 % to 18%, increase in price of Petroleum, real estate market etc




Conclusion
GST (India's biggest tax Reform) is a Revolutionary step taken by the government of India to ameliorate the economy of nation.According to latest report introduction of GST would help India to gain 15 billion dollar every in this way GST prove to be a game changer and is beneficial not only to the people but to the country as a whole.

Khelo india essay in English


                Khelo India school games


   Introduction:
         
Khelo India school games (KISG) are the national level multidisciplinary grassroot games in India for under 17 years school kids to participate across 16 disciplines, which was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 31st January 2018 at Indira Gandhi Arena, New Delhi. The objective of KISG is to identify the Talent at grassroot level and revive the sports Culture by building a strong Framework for all sports played in our country.
 
   Nodal ministry:
The KISG works under the ministry of youth affairs and sports.

   
   Body part with advantages:
 
To accomplish the above objective KISG has been divided into 12 verticles such as physical fitness of school children, formation of state level khelo India centres, encouraging the development of women sport, annual sports organisation, topnotch infrastructure and promotion of rural and tribal games. Every year best thousand kids will be given an annual scholarship of rupees 5 lakh for 8 years.

   Challenges:


Some challenges comes in the way of KISG  i.e less popularity of a sports like Judo, Kho-Kho,  swimming etc, less number of broadcaster and problem of sponsorship.

     
    Suggestions:


According to new research only 3 games are viewed more in India that is cricket 85%
tennis 44% and football 41% but we should try to promote each and every game and encourage every sports related activity show that a sports person can perform efficiently.



     Conclusion:

Sports inculcate Team Spirit, develop strategic and analytical thinking, leadership skills, goal settings and risk taking therefore KISG helps in overall development of our nation and in this way it will transform India into a global Sporting powerhouse in the upcoming years and prove to be a game changer that Indian Sports has been looking for.
